The Psychological Services Center (PSC)

Excellence in Evidence-Based Treatment and Training

The Psychological Services Center (PSC) provides evidence-based treatment for a variety of psychological conditions (including depression, anxiety and stress-related disorders).

Services are FREE for adults in Central Ohio. Treatments are based on the latest psychological research, utilizing approaches that have been shown to be effective in clinical trials. Therapists are advanced students in OSU’s Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program. Supervision and training are provided by licensed psychologists in the Department of Psychology.

The Psychological Services Center clinics are part of the training experience for doctoral students in the OSU Clinical Psychology program.  Prospective clients will participate in a 20–30-minute phone screen interview with an advanced graduate student to determine if there is a good fit between the treatments we provide and your mental health needs.    Some of our clinics operate on a research protocol which has specific eligibility requirements.  If we are not able to provide you with effective treatment, we will do our best to suggest other referral options for you to pursue.
