Read My Advising Notes

Each time you have contact with an academic advisor, the advisor will keep notes about what you discussed. Advisors will not document confidential information about health or disability in advising notes.

View your advising notes on OnCourse:

Log in with your Ohio State username and password
Click on the Reports tab
All progress reports, advising reports, and notes are all located on the Reports tab

Alternatively, students can review their notes and appointment summaries in the Ohio State app.
