Zoe O’Dell is a Research Assistant in the SHADE Lab examining biopsychosocial pathways connecting stress, health behavior, and wellbeing. She holds a B.S. in Psychology with a Biology minor and is completing the Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine Certificate at Ohio State. Her research investigates the interaction between operational demands, organizational constraints, health behaviors, and stress in high‑performance populations, with an emphasis on how these factors shape daily functioning and wellbeing.
