This virtual session will introduce students to the PhD program in Organizational Behavior (OB) and Human Resource Management at the Fisher College of Business. Our research group explores how a deep understanding of human behavior in the workplace can help build more productive, healthy, and meaningful work environments. Example topics include motivation, leadership, status, personalities, organizational culture, and team dynamics, along with emerging workplace trends like the use of artificial intelligence and music listening. Attendees will also learn about OSU’s highly ranked PhD program, including our expert faculty, close mentorship, and strong placement outcomes.
