We will discuss the paper by Widaman (2018) titled “On Common Factor and Principal Component Representations of Data: Implications for Theory and for Confirmatory Replications” (DOI). Please read the paper in advance and join us ready to engage in a fruitful discussion. Before we delve into the discussion, we will hear brief presentations from two students sharing their research or learning plans in this semester.
