Assistant Professor, Clinical | Clinic DirectorFacultyDr. Vilensky completed his undergraduate work at the University of Michigan. He obtained his Ph.D. from The Ohio State University in 2015. Following his internship, he completed a post-doctoral fellowship at VA Pittsburgh in the Center for the Treatment of Addictive Disorders, with a specialty in Motivational Interviewing and Relapse Prevention treatments for individuals with substance use disorders. Since 2016, he has been the Clinic Director of the Psychological Services Center (PSC), overseeing operations of the clinic, supervising graduate students, and teaching about clinical practice. In 2017, Dr. Vilensky helped open the Addiction Recovery Clinic in the PSC, which provides empirically supported substance use treatment services to adults in Central Ohio.
