Dr. Laura Simon is a lecturer who primarily teaches Psych 3550 (Psychology of Childhood) and Psych 4571 (Psychology of Developmental Disabilities). She completed her M.A. in Intellectual and Developmental Psychology and Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology at the Ohio State University where she received the Teaching Excellence Award for Graduate Students (TEAGS) for her work in Psych1100 (Introduction to Psychology). Outside of teaching, Dr. Simon is a licensed psychologist who conducts psychologist assessments (including for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, etc.) and conducts individual/family therapy.
