Dr. Barbara Andersen recently received the Leadership in Science Advocacy Award from the American Psychological Association (APA) during the Advocacy Summit on Addressing the Impact of Climate Change on Mental Health and Health Equity. This award recognized Barb’s work through Division 38 (Health Psychology) on responses to requests for information as part of the federal regulatory process, her work on the Cancer Moonshot, and her support of APA’s March for Science in Washington, DC.
