I have no idea what I am doing! Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
The Student Wellness Center and Buckeye Careers have joined together to educate our graduate and professional student community about the barriers to success and how imposter syndrome can play a negative role in their personal and professional goals. In this interactive presentation, participants will define symptoms of stress, identify barriers to success, and work towards overcoming feelings of self-doubt by learning more in-depth about Imposter Syndrome and to combat the negative inner critic.
